TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing to book with Wilding Wagon. When you make this booking, you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below:

BOOKING

All bookings should be treated as provisional until you received email confirmation from us. We only accept bookings from persons over 18 years of age.

To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of your stay is required. The balance remaining is due 8 weeks before your stay. If the booking is less that 8 weeks from the date of your stay then the full price of the stay is required at the time of booking. Confirmation of booking will be sent after receipt of the deposit (or full payment).

Payments can be made by debit or credit card via Stripe or by bank transfer.

If the balance is not paid by the due date Wilding Wagon reserves the right to re-let the Wagon. The deposit will be retained by us.

The price paid is for the accommodation only, any extras will be charged and paid for separately.

Wilding Wagon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking, without a statement of reasons at any time.

ARRIVAL

Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. If you are able to notify us of your intended arrival time it would be appreciated.

Cars must be left in the designated parking area, which is located around 200m from the Wagon.

DEPARTURE

Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Guests are asked to leave the Wagon in the level of cleanliness it was on arrival. Please strip the bed before departure and place all used linen, towels and dressing gowns in the dirty linen bags provided. Please leave the key in the door of the Wagon on departure.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & ACCESSIBILITY

The number of persons occupying Wilding Wagon must not exceed 2. Day and overnight visitors are not allowed. Wilding Wagon is an adult only site.

Wilding Wagon is not suitable for use by those with limited mobility.

DAMAGE & BREAKAGES

Please take care when staying in the Wagon and report any damages or breakages as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but will request reimbursement for repair of any significant damage or breakages.

Due to Fire Regulations, candles and naked flames are not allowed in the Wagon.

PETS

Pets are not permitted under any circumstances, due to the numbers of livestock immediately in the vicinity of the Wagon.

SMOKING

Wilding Wagon is a strictly non-smoking unit. If guests smoke in the Wagon then a fee will be charged to cover the cost of the additional cleaning required.

CANCELLATION & INSURANCE

Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.

Once full payment has been made you will not qualify for a refund if you wish to cancel your booking.

However, if you wish to reschedule your stay to another date, we will endeavour to accommodate you it at all possible, but please be aware that an additional charge may apply if the later period is a greater price.

We strongly recommend that all our guests take out adequate holiday/cancellation insurance.

LIABILITY

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

DATA

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held only for the purposes of dealing with your booking or for marketing purposes.
