Reconnect to yourself, to each other, to nature.
Come into the peace of wild things. Stop and watch what can really go on. Wildflowers and wildlife, gradually taking back the fields….sorrel, mallow, foxgloves, red kites, buzzards, bullfinches. If the odd fox traipses through, let him. A hedgehog blocks the path up to the wagon? Scoot round her please. And if you catch glimpse of a polecat, treasure the moment!
No wifi, no tv, no pets, no kids – just the two of you (or just you!). You'll leave refreshed, rest(ed) in the grace of the world.
